Oracle HR LiveView
LiveView allows Oracle HR users to view histories and other CERN custom reports on Live Oracle HR data. Here is a quick reference manual to use Oracle HR LiveView.
Oracle HR LiveView is available from Oracle HR menus or directly with this URL:
1. Search Criteria

Enter CERNid, or lastname, firstname and date of birth then press 'Enter' while cursor is in any of the search criteria fields or click 'Go'.

- Use Search Duplicates Engine: to look for persons having a similar name to the one you have entered. This is handy when you are sure the person is in Oracle HR database but you don't find the person with the name you were given. Note that this options disable the CERNid and Date of Birth search criteria.
- Fetch persons with CERNid only: if you are dealing with members of the personnel only, this will reduce the search results list.
2. Choose person to view
Click on the name of the person you want to view. If there are more than 10 persons, select the page of results on the bottom-right part of that section.
3. Choose a view
Once you have selected the person, you can choose the view you want to display. The number of views you have access to depends on your Oracle HR responsibility.
4. Additional options
The reMarkable desktop application enables you to view, LiveView, organize, import, and download files. Once you have set up the desktop and/or mobile application your device is connected to the reMarkable cloud. All your notebooks, documents and ebooks will be synced across your devices when connected to a Wi-Fi. Live View is a Java-based graphical forensics tool that creates a VMware virtual machine out of a raw (dd-style) disk image or physical disk. This allows the forensic examiner to 'boot up' the image or disk and gain an interactive, user-level perspective of the environment, all without modifying the underlying image or disk. Once the unit is set up, you will have an instant live view of your parking lot, public event, construction site, oil well, or roadside. You can set up a tripod, a trailer, mount cameras to poles or structures. All mobile, all remote control.
You can export the displayed data to Excel by clicking the 'Export to Excel' link on the bottom left of the data table.
You can sort data in historical or anti-historical order by clicking on the 'From' header.
In the Assignment and Pay Element Entries view, you can filter data by using the drop down lists above the data.
In the Assignment, Pay Element Entries and Applications views you can get a detailed view of one record by clicking on concatenated values.
From the detailed view, click on the corresponding View button to get back to standard history view Old version chrome.
If there are more than 10 records in a View, select the results pages from the selector at the bottom-right part of the list.
If you have more than one responsibility in Oracle HR, you can select the one to use in the upper-right corner of the screen.
