Follow the instructions below to map OneDrive for Business as a network drive. This will allow you to access your OneDrive files the same way you access other files on your computer, but without taking up any storage space. However, your files will not be accessible when you do not have an Internet connection, and your experience may be impacted by slow Internet speeds. For the best experience, ITS recommends using the Next Generation Sync Client.

Prepare Internet Explorer’s Security Settings

One place for everything in your life. Easily store and share photos, videos, documents, and more - anywhere, on any device, free. Microsoft Office 365 is a cloud-based communication and collaboration tool, hosted by Microsoft and managed by PWCS. Office 365 provides the ability for PWCS students (grades K-12), faculty and staff to communicate, store files and collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in real time from school, work, or home, all within a secure online environment. Office 365 has taken away the flexibility to install Office on any other drive except C: drive. But below link has several work-arounds to achieve this. Microsoft 365 allows the Ohio State community to collaborate through one cloud platform delivering a wide range of productivity apps. Access email, store and share files, communicate with your coworkers or students, schedule meetings, track your to-do lists and more by integrating applications and downloading them on up to five devices.
